Refund Policy

Dose of Beaute will happily accept returns on all products except Sea Moss Gel. Due to the nature and physicality of the products, DOB does not except return or process refunds for Sea Moss Gel due shipping delays, lost or damage packages.

All packages from Dose of Beaute, LLC that are  shipped USPS priority mail or shipped UPS are insured up to $100 and qualifies for a refund on the shipping fee.
If package arrives damage and a customer prefers a replacement the customer must contact Dose of Beaute within 1 day of delivery and email photos as proof of damage. Failure to do so will lead to a denial in a replacement. The customer must pay for the replacement shipping. Please contact us at theDoseofbeaute@gmail.com for any issues or concerns, we will gladly resolve the issue.
If a customer has a change of mind, a cancelation needs to be placed within 24 hours of the purchases.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to
arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email. 

Dose of Beaute will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund
the value of any shipping paid. Dose of Beaute does not accept returns on Seamoss or Seamoss Gel. For a refund due to shipping, a customer is able to file a claim via USPS & UPS for a refund process. If package arrives damage and a customer prefers a replacement the customer must contact Dose of Beaute within 1 day of delivery and email photos as proof of damage. Warranty Returns


Upon return receipt of items, you can expect Dose of Beaute
to process your refund within 3 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
